Notice of Rent Increase 2024,

Once a year, on 1 July, the rents are adjusted. This applies to all rental properties, but also to facilities such as garages and storage spaces. Before 1 May you will receive a letter or e-mail with our proposal to increase the rent. The percentage by which the rent is increased depends on what kind of space you rent from us.

Rent reduction

Until 30 December 2024, you can apply for a rent reduction yourself if your income has decreased in the past six months. We also want to do something for residents who do not qualify for the Single Rent Reduction Act. That's why we have exceptions this year.
