Once a year, on 1 July, the rents are adjusted. This applies to all rental properties, but also to facilities such as garages and storage spaces. Before 1 May you received a letter or e-mail with our proposal to increase the rent. The percentage by which the rent is increased depends on what kind of space you rent from us.
