After the five years of your contract, you will have a certain amount of time to find somewhere else to live and move out of your current accommodation. After completing or terminating your studies, you must leave your student house or room. This applies to every campus contract. When you terminate your studies or graduate, you have 3 to 6 months to find other housing. How long you have lived there affects how much time you get to find new housing. For each year you have lived there, we add 1 month, up to a maximum of 6 months in total. Leaving your home for a longer period, like for a gap year, is not allowed.

Every year, we check whether our tenants are still entitled to student housing. To verify whether you are still studying, we ask you to share your study information with us via the app: MyQii.
